Skilled Worker
If you qualify in any of the job categories listed on this website you can be
selected as a federally selected skilled worker and can reach Canada within 9-12
months time. Skilled workers are assesed based on education, work experience,
fluency in English and/or French and other related criteria. Besides qualiying
in these job categories, you also need to score a minimum passing score of 67
out of a maximum of 100. Health care professionals usually score above 67
points, provided you have sufficient education and experience.
If you could not qualify under this job category or do could not acquire
sufficient passing marks, you can qualify as a Quebec Selected Skilled Worker
